Lincare never contacted me to let me know the status of the machine. Now this is a medical device but neither Lincare nor ResMed anything like a loaner or demo or any kind of substitute for my machine while it was being repaired. I'm so impressed with Altra I hardly know where to begin. I think probably it was off since I received it and my supply place in MI gave me one that had belonged to someone else I know for a fact because the person at my supply place said there was a mix-up and serial number said my machine belonged to someone else. They did all of this quickly and very professionally and helpfully. and I can happily breathe during the day again without getting so out of breath and at night breathe so good again when using! Actually better and it is consistent! My palpitations are gone now except when I forget a pill.They also found the pressure setting too low, as well.
